We have tried to copy music from my computer to my friend's MP3 player and she can't seem to find any music on her device from my computer. We would like info on how to do this please. And is my computer capable of doing this?

If your friend's MP3 player is from Apple then you will need to use iTunes. If it's from any other company, plugging the USB cable from MP3 player to a USB port from the computer could solve your problem. Also, MP3 players nowadays have MTP function activated which allows you to browse the storage of your MP3 using the My Computer. The storage will be installed and seen as a drive. You just copy music to where the music resides (My Music, Music, Audio, etc.) and that's it. If you need additional help regarding this, please consult the support CD that arrived with the MP3 player.
